Loyalty Personal Loan :
Now we are providing the Loyalty Personal loan plan for our Existing Customers. Where Customers can do the complete digital onboarding journey through mobile App.Customer has to follow below given steps to complete the journey.
1 - Only Existing Loyal customers can avail this offers.
2 - Customer just have to select the Loan Amount and tenure.
3 - Customer can choose the insurance(optional) from the app.
4 - Customer has to validate his address and himself by face match and liveliness check.
5 - Customer has to validate his existing bank details. We will validate his bank account at our end as well.
6 - Customer has to complete his E- mandate & E-Sign(Using clickwrap) for loan onboarding.

1.Request for Welcome Letter and Loan Repayment Schedule
2.Get EMI related Details and Alerts
3.Details on Bounced EMI and Penal Charges
4.Statement of Account (SOA)
5.Request for No Objection Certificate (NOC) post the loan Closure
6.Pay EMIs Online(Wallets, Netbanking etc),Offline(Payment centres)
7.Register or Switch the Mandate for Loan Repayment
8.Update asset details for TWL & UCL Loans
9.Pay Advance EMI
10.Request to Foreclose Loan

We are wating to end relation with hero fincorp, this app is so fast forwaded that it can guess who will write review an year advance. Customer suppport is very worst and app is disaster. Why dont you people invest in developing app & customer protocols from the intrest collected (super high ROI).

This is the very worst app I have ever seen in my life and hero fincorp co. Also is very shoddy company There is no resolution available even on mail or in customer care. I pay my emi 18-20 days ago from my due date. Even after that it was not updated and it was bounced on the due date.

Previously this app used to work fine but from a month this app is just not working i have two loans but only one loan show up also when click no details showing for that loan too, seriously this short of work from company like Hero? Even i can make far batter apps then this one. Now I'm not able to see data that was previously available like all payments i done remaining emis done emis all
