Gift cards are a great way for hospitality to get customers in the door and coming back.  This promotion celebrates new gift card benefits recently added to Heartland Restaurant, the industry’s newest cloud-based point of sale.

New benefits include:

• The ability to use Heartland Gift Cards online, in kiosks and in-store
• Virtual gifting gives customers the ability to use gift cards in a guest application
• Virtual gifting that can be sent and instantly delivered to a designated friend
• Ability for merchants to sell Heartland Gift Cards through Heartland’s Online Payments solution. This doesn’t require a separate website or ecommerce solution
• Requires no third party or additional fees for customers or their guests
• Doesn’t require Heartland processing to leverage the gift functionality

How to qualify

• You must visit the Heartland Booth at NRA and have your badge scanned. You will receive electronically a coupon with details you must reference when working with a local authorized Dealer that will contact you after NRA.
• You must sign a SaaS or PaaS contract for the monthly rental (hardware and software) of a new Heartland POS solution prior to June 30, 2019. Each new “rooftop” location that qualifies is eligible for the offer. 

Additional considerations

• Customer can utilize the offer with any Heartland POS product purchase, however, features will vary beyond Heartland Restaurant. Customers are only eligible if the sale is SaaS or PaaS. One-time purchases will not qualify.
• Customers having already signed contracts for a Heartland POS are not eligible. The offer does not apply to existing customers unless they have signed to open new locations prior to 6/19/2019.
• Customers that do not want the Heartland gifts cannot exchange or take credit or otherwise modify the promotion.
• If a customer wants to purchase more custom printed gift cards beyond the free 150, he/she must do a separate transaction for the additional cards.
• The one-year timer for free Heartland Gift Card services starts at delivery, or the start date of POS system billing.
